Acentra Health, a technology and health solutions and services company dedicated to accelerating better outcomes for its government and commercial healthcare clients and the populations they serve, announced today that Beth Lutz, formerly the company’s Vice President of Finance, has been promoted to Senior Vice President and Controller.

Lutz will help advance the company’s financial strategy and financial operations, overseeing all accounting, treasury and facilities functions. She will also play a key role in supporting the company’s business transformation, focusing on driving sustainable growth through process improvement and business optimization.

“Beth’s promotion reflects her exceptional contributions to Acentra Health and her unwavering commitment to excellence,” said Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President David Adams. “I am confident that her leadership will continue to drive our financial operations forward and support our mission of delivering high-quality healthcare services.”

Lutz joined Acentra Health in October 2023 as Vice President of Finance Transformation and quickly became a trusted leader and strategic partner across the organization. A licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the commonwealth of Virginia with over 30 years of experience in treasury, financial reporting, budgeting, and accounting across both public and private sectors, Lutz brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record of driving results in complex, fast-paced environments.

Prior to joining Acentra Health, Lutz served as Controller for Artemis Consulting and held senior financial leadership roles at companies such as TMC GPS, QinetiQ North America (now Peraton), BTG Inc., and KPMG. Her deep expertise in systems implementations, government contracting compliance, financial operations, and team building will be invaluable as Acentra Health continues to grow and evolve to meet the needs of its clients and the beneficiaries they serve.
