The My Health Button mobile app gives beneficiaries greater control over their health outcomes by providing on-the-go access to healthcare benefits, provider information, health tracking, and important communications.

Another component of the member services solution set, Acentra Health's interoperability solution enables patient-centric health information exchange between payers, patients, and providers. Most importantly, the solution puts them in charge of the decisions around sharing their healthcare data using FHIR APIs compliant with CMS Final rule 9115-F rule. My Health Portal
My Health Portal allows members to easily register, access, and manage their health data for a comprehensive overview of Medicaid eligibility and benefits. Built on Acentra Health’s evoBrix X™ platform, this web-access member portal encourages beneficiaries to become actively engaged in choosing providers and treatment preferences. Beneficiaries can better manage their healthcare options, including chronic condition care and preventative treatments.
- Quickly alert members to changes in their program status or communication with notifications
- Provide beneficiaries access to their data in several languages, configured to service area demographics
- Show claim statuses in real time to help members better plan for services covered by federal and state programs

My Health Button
The My Health Button mobile app provides real-time channels for consumer engagement and personal health management to beneficiaries to improve health outcomes. Members can view their details, program benefits, authorized providers, qualifying diagnoses, Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) food and nutrition benefits, and locate new providers anywhere. Acentra Health’s mobile app can provide programmatic suggestions through patient tools such as health questionnaires and health behavioral information, ultimately helping to drive better patient health outcomes.
- Make authorized changes, view claims statuses and electronic health card, and request a physical health card replacement
- View demographics, providers, benefits, program eligibility, and insurance on a mobile app
- Track health status, learn about healthy behaviors to reach goals, and determine health risks from previous diagnoses data
