President & Chief Operations Officer

Meghan Harris is President & Chief Operations Officer for Acentra Health. Prior to the CNSI-Kepro merger that formed Acentra Health in 2023, Harris served as a 20-year Kepro leader, bringing a wealth of healthcare quality improvement and strategic experience. With Acentra Health, Harris oversees all public and commercial operations, solution development and quality, and contractual implementations.

Harris’ healthcare leadership and strong analytic background drive operational excellence to achieve organizational goals and objectives. She’s been instrumental in the design and development of customer-centric, focused solutions tailored to the specific business needs of Acentra Health’s clients. In addition, Harris’ guidance has delivered innovative approaches that streamlined Acentra Health’s business and created effective operational efficiencies enhancing the delivery of services and solutions.

Harris’ role and strategic influence has expanded as Acentra Health has grown. She has introduced combined clinical and technical services to the market and is known for her accessibility to clients, embodying Acentra Health’s client-first approach. Acentra Health enjoys enviable contract retention and year-over-year contract growth under Harris’ leadership, which led to her recent appointment to Acentra Health’s board of directors. 

Harris earned her Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics from Malone College and her Master of Science degree in statistics from the University of Akron.
