Harish Nanda

Chief Technology Officer

Harish Nanda serves as Acentra Health’s Chief Technology Officer and Head of Products and Technology. He brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in software product development and information technology across multiple industries, including deep expertise in technology leadership, strategic planning, program management, sourcing, and organizational change management.

Nanda has significant experience in enabling business transformation through technology. He has also developed comprehensive business and technology strategies with an emphasis on process and operational improvements and led strategic global sourcing initiatives for companies to enable scale and cost savings.

He has deep experience across a broad scope of business areas including M&A, carve-outs, application portfolio analysis, consolidation and optimization, organizational transformation, and systems consolidation.

Nanda joined CNSI in 2019, helping lead the CNSI-Kepro merger that formed Acentra Health. Prior to CNSI, Nanda worked with Alvarez and Marsal, NY, where he was a senior director responsible for engagements across a diverse set of industries including technology services, financial services, and healthcare. Before that, he held senior positions at consulting firm Point B, including client-facing roles, and at Microsoft where he served as senior director responsible for end-to-end technology operations and application development for the Microsoft Partner Channel.

Nanda earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering from Karnataka University, India, and a master’s degree in management from Cornell University.
