Ezmeralda Sager

Ezmeralda Sager serves as Chief Transformation Officer at Acentra Health, where she leads enterprise-wide initiatives to optimize operations, enhance efficiency, and drive measurable value for clients. A senior transformation executive with a proven track record of guiding private and public organizations through large-scale change, Sager has delivered financial improvements and value creation in the hundreds of millions of dollars. Her expertise spans strategy execution, process optimization, and technology integration to improve performance and unlock investment capacity.

Prior to joining Acentra Health, Ezmeralda was the Vice President and Head of Global Transformation at Johnson Controls, a $27 billion global industrial leader, where she worked closely with the executive team to accelerate growth, improve margins, and maximize investment returns. She redefined the company’s transformation approach, integrating it with corporate strategy and finance to create a strategic planning process that connected transformation initiatives to portfolio execution and financial results.

Before Johnson Controls, Ezmeralda served as Vice President and Head of Corporate Strategy and Transformation at Booz Allen Hamilton and as Associate Vice President and Organizational Effectiveness Practice Manager at SAIC. She has also held senior consulting roles for private and public sector clients, including in the health space, and has led teams in a variety of disciplines spanning process engineering, data science, and organizational design.

Ezmeralda holds a master’s degree in engineering management from George Washington University and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Maryland.
