Executive Vice President & General Manager, HealthTech Systems

Nilay Patel serves as Executive Vice President and General Manager of Acentra Health’s HealthTech Systems sector, overseeing the implementation, operations, and delivery of large-scale health IT solutions that support state and federal healthcare programs.

With more than 27 years of experience designing and managing mission-critical systems for public agencies, Patel drives innovation, operational excellence, and technology-enabled transformation across Acentra Health’s portfolio.

Before joining Acentra Health, Patel held senior leadership roles at IBM Watson Health, Xerox, Deloitte, and Computer Sciences Corporation, where he led statewide modernization initiatives and multi-state Medicaid system operations.

He holds dual bachelor's degrees in management information systems and microbiology from the University of Georgia and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
