Chief Digital & Information Officer

Michael Kingston serves as Chief Digital & Information Officer (CDIO) at Acentra Health, where he leads the company's digital strategy and technology organization. He oversees product development, artificial intelligence, analytics, data, information services, enterprise architecture, and cybersecurity, driving innovation that advances Acentra Health's mission to improve health outcomes through technology-enabled solutions.

As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, Michael is responsible for accelerating digital transformation across the organization, modernizing technology platforms, and advancing AI-driven capabilities that enhance client outcomes, strengthen operational performance, and support the company's long-term growth strategy.

Prior to joining Acentra Health, Michael served as Managing Director and Chief Information Officer for The Americas within The Carlyle Group's Global Portfolio Solutions team. In that role, he partnered closely with portfolio companies, including Acentra Health, to lead strategic technology initiatives focused on enterprise transformation, operational excellence, and value creation.

Michael has more than two decades of technology leadership experience across global consumer brands, including L'Oréal, Neiman Marcus, Coach, Ann Inc., and LVMH. Throughout his career, he has led large-scale digital transformation initiatives focused on scalable product development, data and AI, enterprise modernization, customer experience, and technology innovation. He began his career as a software developer with Castrol North America.

Michael serves on the Board of Directors for Tribute Technology and previously served as an Advisory Board Member for World Leaders in Data & AI (WLDA). He earned a bachelor's degree in political science from William Paterson University.
